Easy Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of soup (the more meat it has the better)
  • 1 Goulash packet mix OR paprika
  • 2-4 Onion
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • Any stock (chicken / vegetable)
  • Bread

Instructions

  1. 1. Add the goulash packet mix to the water and perhaps add some stock/paprika for more flavour

  2. 2. Chop onion and garlic finely. Add to boiling water. Note, a good goulash has alot of onion and paprika.

  3. 3. Add the can of soup once vegetables are cooked. This will add alot of flavour to the soup. A can mix which is primarily meat is best.

  4. 4. Cook till desired. Slow cooking is best to release the flavour of onions and garlic.

  5. 5. Toast bread

  6. 6. Enjoy

  7. I made this and it served about 3 large servings.
