Step 1: Firstly cube your potato into 1cm cubes (you can peel it if you wish)
Step 2: then slice your leek into about the same sized pieces.
Step 3: add the butter to a pan
Step 4: then when it has melted add the potato and leek.
Step 5: let that brown off and cook through and add your salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6: once that has cooked turn the heat up and add the can of chicken soup.
Step 7: once it starts to boil take it off the heat and serve.
Step 9: it makes a large portion, so if you have some toast with it it will easily serve two.
Step 10: for a little surprise try sprinkling pumpkin seads on the top. Makes it look a bit posh haha.
