Easy Leek And Potato Soup.

Step 1:

  • Firstly cube your potato into 1cm cubes (you can peel it if you wish)
  • Step 2:

  • then slice your leek into about the same sized pieces.
  • Step 3:

  • add the butter to a pan
  • Step 4:

  • then when it has melted add the potato and leek.
  • Step 5:

  • let that brown off and cook through and add your salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 6:

  • once that has cooked turn the heat up and add the can of chicken soup.
  • Step 7:

  • once it starts to boil take it off the heat and serve.
  • Step 8:

  • it makes a large portion, so if you have some toast with it it will easily serve two.
  • Step 10:

  • for a little surprise try sprinkling pumpkin seads on the top. Makes it look a bit posh haha.
