Step 1:

  • Cube Chicken breast and marinade in your choice of marinade or leave chicken plain if you desire.
  • Step 2:

  • Chop Pepper into large chunks and cut onion into one layer thick chunks, can be left out if you desire.
  • Step 3:

  • Alternate chicken pepper and onion on a large wooden kebab skewer and cook under a hot grill untill chicken is cooked all the way through. Can be left on untill chicken begins to burn or caramelise on the outside for added smokey bbq flavour.
  • Step 4:

  • Serve as is or in a toasted pitta with side salad.
