Step 1:
Defrost ground beef if frozen. Step 3:
preheat your oven to 350 degrees f or 176 degrees c. Don’t get them confused though. Bad. Step 5:
place thawed meat in bowl and add the egg. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper, and chili powder to taste. (i usually like 2 tsp of garlic powder, 2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1/2 tsp chili powder; you may like more/less flavor). Step 7:
chop the portion of the onion very *very* small pieces. Unless you like to bit into onion. Go ahead. I won’t judge. Step 9:
you may also add a crushed dry beef bouillon cube for even more flavor. No pressure though. It’s your meatloaf. Step 11:
grease a meatloaf pan and put the meat mixture right in. Bake in your preheated oven for 30-45 minutes. More if you have a stubborn oven like me, less if you have a reasonable oven. Step 12:
cook your meatloaf until there isn’t any pink in the middle. You can check with a fork or knife in the middle. Step 14:
it might draw in the from the sides or shrink a little.
