These are one of my favorite snacks, especially on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berry medley
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • stevia or agave sweetener, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. There’s only one step!

  2. puree the berries and soy milk in a blender.

  3. add agave or stevia to taste, once the smoothie has been prepare.
