Ingredients

  • 1 basket of rice noodles
  • 1 chopped onion
  • shredded pak choi/ lettuce
  • bean sprouts
  • soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Instructions

  1. 1. put the noodles on to boil

  2. 2. throw the onion, pak choi/lettuce and bean sprouts into a frying pan with the oil and cook on high heat to cook the veggies down so they are soft

  3. 3. when the noodles are done, strain them and then chuck them into the frying pan with the veg and toss them about with the soy sauce, then eat 🙂
