STEP 1:
noodle
1. put the noodles on to boil
STEP 2:

bean sprouts
onion
2. throw the onion, pak choi/lettuce and bean sprouts into a frying pan with the oil and cook on high heat to cook the veggies down so they are soft
STEP 4:
STEP 5:
noodle
soy sauce
3. when the noodles are done, strain them and then chuck them into the frying pan with the veg and toss them about with the soy sauce, then eat 🙂
