Step 1:

  • 1. put the noodles on to boil

  • 2. throw the onion, pak choi/lettuce and bean sprouts into a frying pan with the oil and cook on high heat to cook the veggies down so they are soft
  • Step 4:

  • 3. when the noodles are done, strain them and then chuck them into the frying pan with the veg and toss them about with the soy sauce, then eat 🙂
