Easy One-pot Meatloaf

Moist in the inside and crispy on the outside! and no dirty dishes 🙂

STEP 1:

1- preheat the oven to 180º

STEP 2:

olive
olive oil

2- take a rectangular baking tray and drizzle a little bit of olive oil

STEP 3:

garlic
parsley
thyme

3- mix the meat and soup mix on the tray with your hands. You can also add some spices (like dry garlic, black pepper, thyme, parsley or more salt) but that’s optional

STEP 4:

cream

4- add the cream and try to form a roll with your hands

STEP 5:

white wine

5- pour the white wine over the meatloaf

STEP 6:

6- bake at 180º for about 45min/1h or until it’s golden brown on the outside and cooked in the outside
