By Guest Contributor July 28, 2011 Beef Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients500g of diced beef (or whatever meat you want to use)3 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce2 tablespoons of Soy SauceA dash of Teriyaki Sauce to tasteA pinch of Sugar2 x cup of frozen vegetables (or if you have fresh vegetables on hand, use them instead)Instructions Step 1: 1. Fry beef for a minute until browned and then set aside Step 2: 2. Fry vegetables for 3 – 4 minutes Step 3: 3. Add beef, stir through for 30 seconds and turn off heat Step 4: 4. Add sauces and toss through Step 5: 5. Serve with rice or noodles immediately Step 6: Step 7: VOILA!
