Easy Peasy Eggy

Making cooked eggs doesn’t get easier then this!

Ingredients

• As many eggs as you want
• salt (optional amount)

Instructions

STEP 1:

Spray a large bowl with cooking spray. Crack the eggs in and beat well. Then pop in microwave. 15 seconds per egg. Sprinkle with optional amount of salt. (OPTIONAL) Use a fork and crumble it up to get a scrambled” egg effect.”
