Easy peasy pancakes

Ingredients

  • Using any cup in your kitchen:
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of milk (same size cup as flour)
  • 1 egg
  • sugar to taste (i normally use 1.5 cups)
  • grated fruit (optional)
  • oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. 1. Sift flour into bowl

  2. 2. Add the milk sugar and egg and whisk thoroughly

  3. 3. Add fruit

  4. 4. Heat oil or butter in a frying pan

  5. 5. Add mixture a spoonfull at a time to pan, depending on how big you want your pancakes.

  6. 6. Cook on either side till golden brown.

  7. 7. Serve with syrup, sugar or lemon juice.

  8. -Makes about 6-8 from a medium sized cup
