Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- 125ml mayo
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp creamed horseradish
- king prawns (defrosted)
- paprika
- lemon slices
Instructions
*Put a little shredded lettuce in the bottom of a short glass or sundae glass
*Mix together the mayo, ketchup, lemon juice, tabasco and creamed horseradish for the
sauce
*Arrange the prawns in the glass
*Dust with paprika and serve with a slice of lemon
