Easy Sherbet

Quick easy and great for a movie snack

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
• 1 teaspoon of citric acid (you can buy this at health shops and pharmacies)
• 2 teaspoons of jelly powder or jelly crystals any kind will do you can also mix the flavours i.E. Strawberry and lemon etc
• 3 teaspoons of icing sugar
