Easy Spicy Egg Fried Rice

Nice and easy fried rice for lunch 🙂

Ingredients

  • Already Cooked Rice
  • 1 egg ( depending on how much rice you have)
  • Some sort of spice like chilli, chilli powder, I used some chinese chilli sauce that you can get from chinese shops ( best choice in my opinion)

Instructions

  1. Oil the frying pan then put the egg into it.

  2. Wait until its half done then start to mix it around with a wooden spoon to seperate it into little peices.

  3. Toss your rice into it and mix it in.

  4. use the wooden spoon to mix it around regularly.

  5. After a few minutes, start to add your chilli sauce ( or whatever you used)

  6. Mix it around until its finished.
