Easy stir fry beef, pork, chicken stir fry By Guest Contributor April 14, 2011 Quick Preparation Time h m Cook Time h mServings0 Ingredients 1 onion (chopped)1 red pepper, chopped (which ever colour you prefer)450g-500g cubed or stir fry beef/chicken/pork (which ever you prefer)1 oxo cube (to go with what ever meat u have chosen to use)1-2 packets of batchelors Golden rice (1 packet serves 2 people) Instructions Step 1: add onion and pepper to a pan and cook for 5-8 mins or untill soft Step 2: cut up meat into small bite size pieces if not already Step 3: add meat and cook for 5-10 mins until cooked all the way through (take a pice of meat out and cut through to check the middle) Step 4: sprinkle the oxo cube over the meat and stir Step 5: turn heat off and then cook rice to instructions on the packet Step 6: once rice is cooked add to the meat etc and warm it all through Show Comments ▼
