Step 1:

  • Put all the ingredients into a pot and pour enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat so the soup cooks gently.
  • Step 2:

  • Allow cooking for half an hour.
  • Step 3:

  • With a fork, poke some of the vegetables to make sure they are cooked. Season with salt and serve.
