Ingredients
- 8 digestive biscuits
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons drinking chocolate/cocoa powder
- 50g margarene
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- chocolate vermecelli/ desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
1) bash your biscuits until they are in crumbs (it’s easier to do this in a food bag and punch/hit it off a unit)
2) melt the margarene in a saucepan and add the condensed milk.
3) add this to biscuit mixture and mix
4) finally add the chocolate and coconut.
5) roll the mixture into small balls and then roll in coconut or chocolate sprinkles.
