Easy Vegeterian Pasta Sauce :)

Ingredients

  • – One can of tinned, peeled tomatos.
  • – One onion
  • – Some mushrooms
  • – Some herbs (if you want)
  • Or for eating without pasta…
  • – One big-ish potato
  • Or
  • – Some tinned chick peas
  • Or
  • – Something

Instructions

  1. – Chop up the onions and mushrooms and start cooking them in a frying pan. (If you’re not eating it with pasta, drain the chick peas and put them in too)

  2. – Dump the chopped tomatos in there too, once the onions and stuff are cooked.

  3. – Season it with something nice 🙂

  4. – Pour over the pasta! (Or not)

  5. – Enjoy 🙂

  6. — If you’re using potato, cut the potato up into little wedges, like chips, season (if you want) and put them in a microwave-proof dish with a TINY bit of water, and nuke ’em in the microwave for 10-8 minutes. Then pour the sauce over them and enjoy! —
