Step 2: Step 3: clean and chop the spring onions and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a sauce pan. Throw in the onions and fry for a short moment until soft. Add the tomatoes and let simmer. Stir in the pesto, garlic and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Step 4: Step 5: drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Step 6: Step 7: adding cheese is always a good option.
