Step 1: 1. Boil the pasta in water with a little oil (won’t stick to each other) and salt.
Step 3: 2. Simultaneously heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan, add chopped garlic,chopped chilli ,fry for 2 mins , add bell peppers and fry.
Step 5: 3. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown, add herbs and chilli flakes and fry for 2 mins, keep it aside.
Step 7: 4. See if pasta is boiled, drain the water and keep it aside.
Step 9: 5.In same pan that u fried bell peppers, add 2 spoons of oil/butter/ghee den add 2 spoons of maida/flour, stir it, add milk stir till it comes to a saucey consistancy,if it doesnt den u need to add more flour, den add the fried pepper and pasta and eat it 🙂
