Ingredients
- 1 bowl left over rice
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt for taste
- Black pepper as per taste
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Heat some oil in a saucepan
Add chopped garlic when the oil is hot
Saute until brown
Break the eggs into the saucepan
Add salt and black pepper powder – mix well
Add rice and soy – stir well.
