Egg Fried (Left Over) Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl left over rice
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt for taste
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a saucepan

  2. Add chopped garlic when the oil is hot

  3. Saute until brown

  4. Break the eggs into the saucepan

  5. Add salt and black pepper powder – mix well

  6. Add rice and soy – stir well.
