Egg Mashed Potato Creamy and tasty!! By Guest Contributor August 26, 2016 One Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients3 potatoes1 tbs butter (unsalted butter tastes better i guess but i’m using salted butter :d)a pinch of pepper ( or as much as you like )saltgarlic ( i bought garlic powder coarse grind blend since it’s faster and easier)1 egg1/4 cup of milkInstructions Step 1: Peel off the potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook it with salted water until it’s tender Step 2: after it’s done, throw the water away and smash the potatoes Step 3: heat butter until it’s melt, then mix potatoes, butter, salt, pepper,milk, raw egg, garlic all together. As garnish, you may add green onion as well Step 4: p.S. You can also add yellow mustard, cheese, mayonnaise or anything u desire to ur mashed potato 🙂
