Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Step 2: 2. Line the bottom of the ramekin with 1 tbsp of the pasta sauce. Step 3: 3. Place the sliced tomatoes on top followed by the broccoli. Step 4: 4. Add the remainder of the pasta sauce. Step 5: 5. Cover with cheese. Step 6: 6. Whisk the egg and then poor on top Step 7: 7. Place in the oven for approximately 10 mins. Step 8: 8.
