Step 1:

  • 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Line the bottom of the ramekin with 1 tbsp of the pasta sauce.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Place the sliced tomatoes on top followed by the broccoli.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add the remainder of the pasta sauce.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Cover with cheese.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Whisk the egg and then poor on top
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Place in the oven for approximately 10 mins.
  • Step 8:

  • 8. Check that the egg has cooked before removing from the oven.
