Ingredients
- https://studentrecipes.com/recipes/quick-food/cheats-hollandaise-sauce/ (for the hollandaise sauce)
- 2 poached eggs (use a microwave egg poacher)
- 2 slices of ham – try to use thick slices and not wafer thin
- 1 english muffin, halved, buttered & toasted
Instructions
Layer the ham onto both halves of the toasted muffin, then the poached eggs on each half
dollop the hollandaise sauce ontop and serve with a sprinkle of pepper.
