Ingredients

  • https://studentrecipes.com/recipes/quick-food/cheats-hollandaise-sauce/ (for the hollandaise sauce)
  • 2 poached eggs (use a microwave egg poacher)
  • 2 slices of ham – try to use thick slices and not wafer thin
  • 1 english muffin, halved, buttered & toasted

Instructions

  1. Layer the ham onto both halves of the toasted muffin, then the poached eggs on each half

  2. dollop the hollandaise sauce ontop and serve with a sprinkle of pepper.
