- 1 Large Egg
- Drop of milk
- 2 Slices bread
- Strawberrys
- A Little Oil For Frying
- Icing Sugar For Dusting
Instructions
1. In a bowl wisk together the egg and milk
2. Slice the bread into 4 squares and dip in the eggy mixture
3. Fry the bread in oil on a medium haet till golden brown
4. slice the strawberries and place on eggy bread
5. Dust with icing sugar
