Eggy bread

Delicious fried eggy bread

Ingredients

• 1 large egg
• 1 slice white or wholemeal bread
• 1tbs oil
• Salt n pepper to taste

Instructions

STEP 1:

Heat oil in pan

STEP 2:

Whisk egg in a bowl

STEP 3:

Pour egg mixture onto a plate(careful not to spill any)

STEP 4:

put slice of bread in the egg mixture so both sides are covered and then place in hot oil, fry for 3-4 mins turn over, when bread is golden brown take out and drain on kitchen towel. salt and pepper to taste
