Step 1:

  • – heat some oil in a big pan (a wok is quite good for this)
  • Step 2:

  • – fry off chopped onions and garlic
  • Step 3:

  • – chuck in mince
  • Step 4:

  • – when meat is browned chuck in chopped veg
  • Step 5:

  • – add chopped tomatoes & kidney beans
  • Step 6:

  • – add herbs and spices (to taste) & stock cube
  • Step 7:

  • – allow to simmer down a bit so not too runny
  • Step 8:

  • – on a tray lay out the wraps quite close to each other, put meat mixture down the middle of the circle then wrap over the edges
  • Step 9:

  • – sprinkle the top with grated cheese and a little paprika
  • Step 10:

  • – grill till cheese melts & wraps crisp a little
  • Step 11:

  • – serve with salad and salsa (optional of course)
