Ingredients
- ? 1 riso gallo risotto vegetable medley pack
- ? 100ml of water
- ? drizzle of cooking oil
- ? 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- ? 1 red pepper
- ? 1 onion
- ? 2 x 175g/6oz salmon steaks (canned)
- ? parmesan shavings
- ? rocket sprigs for decoration
Instructions
Heat pan with a drizzle of cooking oil. Cook garlic, onion and red pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add the riso gallo expresso pack with 100ml of water and salmon steaks, cook for 2 minutes on the hob.
alternatively pour 100ml into the pack and place in the microwave for 3 minutes.
serve with parmesan and rocket sprigs.
