Ingredients

  • ? 1 riso gallo risotto vegetable medley pack
  • ? 100ml of water
  • ? drizzle of cooking oil
  • ? 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • ? 1 red pepper
  • ? 1 onion
  • ? 2 x 175g/6oz salmon steaks (canned)
  • ? parmesan shavings
  • ? rocket sprigs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Heat pan with a drizzle of cooking oil. Cook garlic, onion and red pepper for 2-3 minutes. Add the riso gallo expresso pack with 100ml of water and salmon steaks, cook for 2 minutes on the hob.

  2. alternatively pour 100ml into the pack and place in the microwave for 3 minutes.

  3. serve with parmesan and rocket sprigs.
