Ingredients

  • around 5 cups of black granule coffee
  • 225g caster sugar

Instructions

  1. heat the coffee in a pan. add the sugar little by little until it is all mixed in. leave to simmer for a few minutes, then bring off the heat. freeze for a max of 6 hours, but mash the ice crystals up every 2 hours or so. leave overnight for good measure.
