Ingredients

  • 100g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 tbsp of icing sugar
  • 1/2 – 1 tea spoon of water
  • paper cases (12)

Instructions

  1. 1. mix together the butter and sugar

  2. 2. add the eggs and the flour

  3. 3. put into the cases and into a cake baking tray

  4. 4. cook at 180oc for 10 – 20 minutes

  5. 5. leave to cool

  6. 6. mix up the water and icing sugar

  7. 7. spread evenly onto the cakes

  8. 8. decorate with icing pens or something 🙂
