Home › Chicken › Fajitas Fajitas RECIPE BY Guest Contributor Traditional fajitas, but upgraded and a lot better PREP 0 min COOK 0 min TOTAL 0 min YIELD 0 JUMP TO RECIPE SHARE Facebook Share on Facebook Twitter Share on Twitter Pinterest Share on Pinterest Email Share via Email Ingredients-fajita box– chicken breast fillets– 2 peppers– red onion-chilli peppers– sweetcorn-mushrooms (optional)-soured cream with chives-cheeseoptional (for marinading chicken, you do not need to use all of them, these ingredients just make the chicken taste better)-salt-white or ground pepper– chilli powder (depending on how spicy you like your food)-garlic (fresh or granulated)-a little bit of curry powder-soy sauce-time-basil-paprikayou can use any other mixed spices etc to give it extra flavourInstructions Step 1: – cut chicken breasts into small squares or stripes Step 2: – marinate the chicken in herbs and spices Step 3: – chop up all the vegetables Step 4: – fry the chicken until brown Step 5: – add vegetables and fry for further 3-5 minutes Step 6: – add the fajitas spice mix and fry for one more minute, until the vegetables are soft Step 7: – heat up the wraps and fill with the chicken mix, add soured cream and chives, salsa and grate a lot of cheese Step 8: -delicious!!!
