Ingredients

  • 100g chick peas (I use the tinned kind)
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 2tbsp chopped corriander or 1tsp dried
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • pinch of turmeric
  • 2tsp yoghurt
  • 1 egg white
  • flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. 1. Blend the peas, onion, garlic, coriander, spices, yoghurt and egg white until smooth. Then put in fridge for 20 minutes.

  2. 2. Compress like meatballs then press flat (on a floured surface)

  3. 3. Place on greased oven tray on a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes. (180 degrees or Gas Mark 4)
