By Guest Contributor March 16, 2009 Vegetarian Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients100g chick peas (I use the tinned kind)1/2 chopped onion1 clove of garlic crushed2tbsp chopped corriander or 1tsp dried1/2 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp ground cuminpinch of turmeric2tsp yoghurt1 egg whiteflour for dustingInstructions Step 1: 1. Blend the peas, onion, garlic, coriander, spices, yoghurt and egg white until smooth. Then put in fridge for 20 minutes. Step 2: Step 3: 2. Compress like meatballs then press flat (on a floured surface) Step 4: Step 5: 3. Place on greased oven tray on a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes. (180 degrees or Gas Mark 4)
