1. Blend the peas, onion, garlic, coriander, spices, yoghurt and egg white until smooth. Then put in fridge for 20 minutes.

2. Compress like meatballs then press flat (on a floured surface)

3. Place on greased oven tray on a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes. (180 degrees or Gas Mark 4)
