Instructions
STEP 1:
Add oil into a pan and add the chopped onion to the pan, and cook until soft. If you’re making your own mash potato get those on the boil while you’re cooking the rest.
STEP 2:
STEP 3:
once the onion is soft add the sausages until they are nice and browned.
STEP 4:
STEP 5:
you can add the beans to the sausages, and also add the gravy powder once you’ve mixed it with some water, i normally do about 2 table spoons of powder into a mug and then fill the rest with water.
STEP 6:
STEP 7:
stir the combination of ingredients until it starts to thicken a little, and once it’s at a consistency that you’re happy with, pour everything into an oven proof dish. This is when you can add a layer of the aunt b’s mash on top, or your homemade mash. Apply cheese as generously as you’d like, season too and then bung it in the oven at about 180c until the cheese is nice and brown.
