Fat-Free Oat Banana Muffins- This recipe is fat-free, and doesn’t have any added sugar, oil, or butter. It is made completely of oatmeal and gets its sweetness from dates.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Oat Powder
- 1 cup Whole Oat
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup milk
- any assortment of nuts
- chocolate chips (optional)
- 12 whole dates
- A drizzle honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Add the oat powder, whole oats, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon powder together in a bowl
In another bowl blend milk, banana, and dates together
Add the ground oat to the blended milk bowl and mix
Fold in chopped nuts and chocolate chips
Add the batter to a muffin tray and put in the oven for 21 mins
Once baking is complete, drizzle muffins with honey
