Ingredients

  • Ingredients:-
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt
  • 3 tbsp semolina
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • oil for shallow frying
  • note:in this recipe feel free to change the proprotions of spices according to your taste

Instructions

  1. -in a bowl add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and a little water and mix well to a slightly thinner paste.

  2. -apply this to the fish.

  3. -marinate for 15-30 minutes.

  4. -mix semolina and rice flour.

  5. -roll fish into this mixture and shallow fry till crisp.

  6. -squeeze half a lime over it and enjoy.
