Step 1: -in a bowl add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and a little water and mix well to a slightly thinner paste.
Step 2: -apply this to the fish.
Step 3: -marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Step 4: -mix semolina and rice flour.
Step 5: -roll fish into this mixture and shallow fry till crisp.
Step 6: -squeeze half a lime over it and enjoy.
