Calamari Fritti - Thats Italian =D

crunchy, easy, quick, tasty, - wat more can i say



  • - bag calamari rings
  • - good big glug olive oil
  • - seasoning
  • - chilli powder
  • - dash sea salt
  • - table spoon flour
  • - knob melted butter


- get a bowl and mix the olive oil, chilli powder and seasoning and salt, flour and butter well together until it has made a think batter

- if to thick add a little more oil

- put in a frying pan once mixed and wait for it all to sizzle before adding the fish ,

- make sure the fish get really well covered in the stuff

- they only take 5-10mins

-once cooked serve immediately
