For the sauce
-heat butter in a sauce pan and throw in half chopped garlic till it's golden
-add flour, stir, then slowly add milk and stock while stirring
for the shrimp (defrosted)
-heat olive oil in a skillet, add remaining garlic and shrimp, add white wine (optional) and let it simmer off and cook shrimps in until seared.
serve shrimps on a bed of garlic sauce and if you want, ganish with green onion and black pepper!
Potatoes are super cheap. Might as well make them into an insanely tasty dish like this!
