Easy Creamy Fish Dish!

For any fish you can get your hands on! Yum!



  • white fish/ prawns/ salmon
  • tsp plain flour or corn flour
  • creme fraiche (enough to provide a sauce for the fish)
  • parmesan
  • bread crumbs


1. Place fish in the bottom of an oven proof dish

2. Stir flour into creme fraiche

3. Pour sauce onto the fish and grate parmesan over the top

4. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top

5. Bake for 25- 30 mins on 180C

6. Eat!
