Firstly, you must chop the onion then fry it in any cooking oil of your choice.
then add the chopped tomatoes and leave it to simmer for 45 minutes
then add the sardines, eggs and mixed vegetables to the sauce
then add the seasonings - salt etc
then add the gari and mix everything ready to eat! Enjoy warm
