Naked Fry

Fishy fish



  • For one piece fish:
  • fish (any) (i tried this with mackarel and king fish and shrimps)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 finger ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 green chilly
  • salt to taste
  • oil


Make a thick paste of garlic, green chilly, ginger, lemon juice, salt and cornflour.(do not add water to the paste)

marinate fish with the paste (minimum 1/2 hour/maximum overnight)

heat oil in a pan.

fry the fish in the oil.

garnish with raw onion rings. Eat for main course or with rice.
