Poached Salmon

The easy way to cook salmon without drying it out.

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet
  • Milk or vegetable stock

Method

Simply pour some milk or stock in a pan (enough to cover the fillet) Place the fillet in and simmer until it is cooked through.

Serve with potatoes and peas for a balanced dinner

Tip:

Other fish can be used for example smoked haddock works very well when poached in milk.
