1. In a large saucepan, lightly brown garlic in olive oil. Stir in parsley, clams with juice, passata, salt and pepper.
2. Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve over pasta.
It doesn't get much easier than 3 INGREDIENT PANCAKES. It's so easy, a Fresher could do it.
