Sea Sauce Rice

Amazing flavours and immense taste!



  • 2 boil in the bag rice,
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar,
  • pinch of salt and pepper,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise,
  • 2 teaspoons of red sauce,
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic,
  • 1/3 of a deseeded red chilli,
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds,
  • a portion of either to be served with; ready cooked prawns, a fillet of cod or a tin of crab.


Boil 2 cups of water and boil the rice as instructed, when cooked, leave to one side. Then heat the olive oil, until sizzling, add the sugar, are stir, add both eggs, and scramble whilst the yolks are still wet add the chilli, garlic, salt and pepper, scrammble until cooked, heat up a frying pan add the sesame seeds and gently toast for a minute, add the boiled rice and fry for 2 minutes then add your egg and stir, remove from the heat. Stir the mayonnaise and red sauce add to the rice mixture, stir and serve with your choosen fish.
