Seafood Pie

The easiest, cheapest sea food pie around!



  • Mixed fish (either frozen or fresh)
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • mashed potatoe (either make your own or packet will do)
  • parsley
  • lemon
  • salt and pepper to season
  • cheese


-boil the 250 ml milk

-add the fish and leave boil until fish is cooked

(if using frozen defrost before this step)

-remove fish when cooked

-whisk in the flour and butter to the boiling milk to thicken

-once thick add salt and pepper to season

-readd the fish and some parsley

-pop into an oven dish and scoop the mash on top

-grate some chedder cheese on the top and place in the over for around 15-20 mins

so filling and cheap to make, delicious!
