Spicy Fish (not For The Faint Hearted)

Very hot!!



  • 2/ 3 fresh tomato's cubed
  • 1/2 a medium onion diced or diced (to preference)
  • 1/2 a green pepper "
  • garlic cloves 2-3
  • a piece of ginger sliced finely
  • 1tsp or more ground coriander and garam massala
  • chilli (fresh/ dried as much as you can handle)
  • seasoning salt mainly
  • fish (any white fish, tuna or salmon)
  • fresh coriander if you got some if you don't, don't worry


1. Sweat down the tomato's with a little water (in a wok or saucepan) cover and give five minutes. Add the onions peppers (until they start to soften).

2. Add the spices cook for a couple of minutes bury the fish in sauce cook for stated time serve with rice, naan, roti or whatever you fancy!

(don't freak out if after you put the lid on whilst the fish is cooking and it goes watery just five minutes before its cooked remove lid and turn up heat )
