Tuna And Cheese Flan

A tasty dish, and fairly healthy, no pastry in sight!



  • Tinned Tuna
  • Onion
  • Peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Tinned potatoes


1- Preheat oven

2- Fry the onions, peppers and mushrooms until cooked

3- Grease an shallow oven proof dish and scatter the tuna, onions, pepper, and mushrooms. Also chop the potatoes and add to the mixture

4- Beat 2 eggs together and pour over the tuna mixture

5- Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and put in the oven until eggs are set and cheese is browned

Great with salad, or on its own.
