Tuna Pie!

Easy pie, delicious and filling!



  • Ready made or homemade shortcrust pastry
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tins of tuna
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


Roll pastry and line a tin, roll remaining pastry ready for covering tin

boil the eggs

chop and fry the onion and begin to add tuna, puree and lemon juice to the frying pan on a medium temperature

once combined set aside

dice eggs and mix into pie mixture

fill the pie and cover lid, set oven around 180

and cook until pastry is golden
