Tuna Risotto

cheap & easy to cook using store cupboard ingredients



  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 250g rice
  • 500ml chicken stock
  • 250g frozen mixed vegetables (i often just use peas)
  • 2 tins tuna


Fry the onion in oil, add rice and stir well.

Pour on chicken stock and bring to the boil.

Add vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.

add tuna and stir well.
